Our Process, Explained

  1. Kick off call.
    • Know what you need? Email sales@signswestonline.com for a quote now.
    • If you’re not sure what you need, one of our sales associates can visit with you to recommend the best sign options for your budget. Call 512-282-5001 to set up an appointment with your sales representative. Your sales rep will be your guide and best friend throughout the design process.
  2. Sign/return your bid and
    • Once you have received and approved your bid please return the signed bid to your sales rep.
  3. Share design assets.
    • To serve you better we’ll need need some info such as your logo, brand colors, building paint colors, and any site plans or blueprints you may have.
    • For a complete list of items needed click here.
  4. Receive/approve artwork.
    • Once we’ve got all of the info we need to get started, we’ll send you a design concept followed by final artwork.
    • We must receive a written approval (via email or otherwise) of artwork before beginning production of your signs.
      Note: if any changes occur after final artwork approval, your approval has become null.
  5. Schedule your installation date.
  6. Let us know how we did.
