Our Process, Explained
- Kick off call.
- Know what you need? Email sales@signswestonline.com for a quote now.
- If you’re not sure what you need, one of our sales associates can visit with you to recommend the best sign options for your budget. Call 512-282-5001 to set up an appointment with your sales representative. Your sales rep will be your guide and best friend throughout the design process.
- Sign/return your bid and
- Once you have received and approved your bid please return the signed bid to your sales rep.
- Share design assets.
- To serve you better we’ll need need some info such as your logo, brand colors, building paint colors, and any site plans or blueprints you may have.
- For a complete list of items needed click here.
- Receive/approve artwork.
- Once we’ve got all of the info we need to get started, we’ll send you a design concept followed by final artwork.
- We must receive a written approval (via email or otherwise) of artwork before beginning production of your signs.
Note: if any changes occur after final artwork approval, your approval has become null.
- Schedule your installation date.
- Let us know how we did.
